Q1: How long will it take to get my order?

Usually, orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. However, during campaigns or high-volume periods, delivery may take 2-5 working days

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan

Q1: How much is shipping?

Shipping Charges All Across Pakistan Rs. 199 Above Rs.5000 order delivery charges FREE.

Q1: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If your order is still pending, you can request a delivery address change. Please call us at 02134145359 or message us on WhatsApp at 03193304004

Q1: Can I return the product after 7 days?

We can only process return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period

Q1: Do you provide refunds?

Yes, we do provide refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Q1: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 0319-3304004 with your Order Number and clear photos of the product. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Q1: If my address is incomplete, do I need to pay an advance?

Yes, if your address is incomplete or outside standard delivery areas, we may require an advance payment to process and dispatch your order.

Q1: When do you ask for an advance payment?

Orders above Rs. 25,000 require a 10% advance payment.

If two previous orders are returned, a 50% advance payment will be required for the next order.

Q1: How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email. Simply visit the courier company's website and enter your tracking number to check the status.

Q1: How many methods for payment do you provide?

You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Mastercard, Visa, Raast ID, or direct bank transfer.

Q1: How do we know that the products are original?

You can verify the authenticity of our products by checking the barcodes. We guarantee that all our products are 100% original and sourced from Company or authorized distributor

Q1: For how long will the voucher be valid?

The voucher will be valid for 3 months and will expire after that.
