Refund & Returned Policy
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are without original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Certain personal care items, skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable due to safety and health regulations.
2. Process for Return or Exchange
- To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at 03193304004 or email at support@colorshow.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your return request is approved, Colorshow will cover the shipping charges for both the pickup and the re-dispatch of the order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send photos and details to our support team to expedite your replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy
We offer two options for refunds:
- Store Voucher: Get a voucher equal to your refund amount, valid for 3 months, redeemable at Colorshow.
- Cash Refund: If you prefer, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours after return approval.
