Pathetic dealing

Pathetic service and customer dealing. Told them that the delivered product doesnt match the product displayed on website. Also when I recieved the product it had dust on it which indicates poor inventory handling. Anyways asked them to refund but talking to their customer service on WhatsApp is so frustrating. I messaged them the moment I got the product. Instead of solving the matter they just dont reply. And the reply I get after being ignored for hours is that the product is not leaking. I never claimed the product to leak. I claimed that it doesnt match. When its time ro refund the order they just leave it there. No updates no nothing. Looks as if they are anemic. Forgetting things. Send us your details again bcz the first time you sent it we were ignorant and blind. They dont reply unless you spam them with calls. Highly unprofessional and patheticI did recieve my payment. After begging them for days. I have dealt with other brands too it usually gets solved within 2 days. Now they tell me that I should edit my review bcause they gave me my payment which they obviously had to bcz the product they sent me doesn't match what they show over here so that is my right. Editing my review would mean that im not telling others my real experience with the customer service. They should improve their customer service and maybe others will ignore this review instead of believing or relating with it.
